1. General
Pro Ride Cars provides private hire, chauffeur, and airport transfer services across the UK. All bookings made through our website, by phone, or via email are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed with complete and accurate information.

Prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking (including pickup/drop-off locations, time, date, and vehicle type).

Any changes to booking details may affect the quoted price.

Bookings made less than 12 hours before travel are subject to availability.
3. Payments

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

We accept most major debit and credit cards via secure payment gateways.

Pro Ride Cars does not store or retain card details.
4. Waiting Time & Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrival times to adjust your pickup schedule accordingly.

We include 45 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

For non-airport pickups, the first 15 minutes of waiting time are free, after which charges apply.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, or failure to show up, will be non-refundable.

If a booking is amended or cancelled after the driver has been dispatched, full charges will apply.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Amendments

Changes to bookings (time, date, or destination) can be made by contacting our support team.

Amendments made within 12 hours of the pickup time are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
7. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Quoted prices are fixed once a booking is confirmed, provided no changes are made.
8. Vehicle & Passenger Policy

We provide vehicles based on the number of passengers and luggage stated at booking.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the selected vehicle is suitable for their needs.

Pro Ride Cars reserves the right to refuse excess luggage or additional passengers beyond the booked capacity.

Smoking, drinking alcohol, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
9. Liability

Pro Ride Cars will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they allow sufficient time for travel to reach their destination or flight.

We are not liable for any missed flights, trains, or connections due to events outside our control.
10. Lost Property
If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us immediately.
We will make every effort to locate and return your property, though we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during transit.
11. Behaviour and Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in repair charges being billed to the customer.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only collect and process data necessary to provide our services safely and efficiently.
13. Amendments to Terms
Pro Ride Cars reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of the revised Terms.
